In most cases, mail-in repairs are ready within five business days and in-store repairs are completed the same day. Please note in-store repair options are only available for select phones and certain types of damage.

All protected devices eligible for repair may receive unlimited cracked screen repairs. For malfunctions other than a cracked screen, the first two eligible claims are available at no additional cost.

Total Tech Expert supports everyone on a single Sprint account, as well as all the Wi-Fi-connected devices in your home, including tablets, laptops, home security systems, wireless routers, gaming systems, car Bluetooth and more. Also includes 100 GB of backup for each Sprint phone on your account to ensure your photos and videos are secure.

If you upgrade to a new eligible device and maintain Total Equipment Protection Plus with AppleCare Services, ADH and malfunction coverage restarts.

TEP Plus with ACS customers have easy access to certified repair options at an Apple Store, Apple Authorized Service Provider, Sprint Repair location or via mail-in to a Sprint-authorized repair depot. Accidental Damage from Handling ("ADH"), such as drops, spills and screen damage, and mechanical and electrical breakdowns (malfunction) may be eligible for repair. Mail-in repairs are ready within five business days, and in-store repairs are completed the same day in most cases. Please note in-store repair options are only available for select phones and certain types of damage. Within the first 24 months, for your first two ADH claims and all malfunction claims, you have the option to contact Apple directly for service.
