Repair and replacement is quick and easy!

With Total Equipment Protection, you don’t have to worry about paying full retail cost when you've suddenly got phone issues. Whether your phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or experiences a mechanical or electrical breakdown, our affordable, comprehensive coverage gives you quick and easy solutions.

Convenient repairs

Authorized repairs are available either in-store or mail-in, depending upon the type of damage and device. In most cases, mail-in repairs are ready within 5 days and in-store repairs the same day.

Next-day insurance replacement

If your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged and not eligible for repair, you will receive a replacement device the next day in most cases.

Total Equipment Protection makes it easy for you:

1) Simply enroll within 30 days of activating or upgrading a new phone.

2) If something should happen, file a claim online 24x7 or over the phone at 800-584-3666.

3) Leave the solution to us. Your device will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion, depending upon the device and damage.

  • If your phone has a mechanical or electrical breakdown (malfunction) due to defects in material workmanship or normal wear and tear other than cracked screens, your first two repair/exchange claims are included at no additional charge. After these first two claims, a $25 service fee applies for any future repair/exchange within a 12-month period.

  • If your phone has a cracked screen, you are eligible for unlimited repairs. A $25 - $125 service fee applies, depending upon device type.

  • If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged and not eligible for repair, simply file a claim to receive a replacement device the next day, in most cases. A deductible applies based on the tier of your device.
