To arrange for repairs or replacement, you must start a claim by visiting sprint.com/protection or calling Asurion at 800-584-3666.

Depending on the type of damage or malfunction, TEP Plus with ACS customers also have the option to contact Apple directly during the first 24 months with your device.

Repair and replacement is quick and easy!

With device protection, you don’t have to worry about paying full retail cost when you've suddenly got phone issues. Enjoy quick and easy solutions with comprehensive protection that includes coverage for loss; theft; physical damage; Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH), including drops, spills, and cracked screens; and mechanical and electrical breakdown (malfunction) due to defects in material workmanship and normal wear and tear.

Next-day insurance replacement

If your phone is lost or stolen, you will receive a replacement device the next day in most cases.

If your device is damaged and not eligible for repair, you will receive a replacement device the next day in most cases.

Total Equipment Protection makes it easy for you:

1) Simply enroll within 30 days of activating or upgrading a new phone.

2) If something should happen, file a claim online 24x7 or over the phone at 800-584-3666. Customers with TEP Plus with ACS may also contact Apple Care Services directly for repair.

3) Leave the solution to us. Your device will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion, depending upon the device and damage.

  • If your phone has a mechanical or electrical breakdown (malfunction) due to defects in material workmanship or normal wear and tear other than cracked screens, your first two repair/exchange claims are included at no additional charge. After these first two claims, a $25 service fee applies for any future repair/exchange within a 12-month period for all devices except new, eligible iPhone devices..

  • Plus, you have unlimited cracked screen repairs on approved claims. A $25 - $125 service fee applies, depending upon device type. Customers with TEP Plus with ACS also have the option of repair at select Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers. For new eligible iPhone devices, a $29 service fee applies for the first two cracked screen repair claims. After these first two claims, the $25 - $125 service fee will apply.

  • If your phone is lost, stolen or damaged and not eligible for repair, simply file a claim to receive a replacement device the next day, in most cases. A deductible applies based on the tier of your device.
